In an effort to support leadership training within the church in Pakistan, the following initiatives are seeking support:
1. The ongoing training of PCF (SIM related church) church leaders through seminars run at the SIM Centre and from time to time sponsoring leaders to attend seminars run by other national bodies.
2. In partnership with Pakistan Christian Fellowship cover the training costs of potential (approved) future church leaders studying at approved seminaries/ Bible colleges in Pakistan.
3. Provide training in Rahim Yar Khan for leaders as an alternative to sending them to seminaries/ Bible colleges in the cities.
