The work of the Evangelical Missionary Alliance (EMA) is to send local missionaries to places other than their original towns of residence, to evangelise and start churches. EMA is the evangelism wing of the Bible Church of Africa (BCA)

The purpose of the project is to source funding to cover missionary monthly living allowances, healthcare, transport costs, relocation, training and provident fund. Funding is also needed for the general administration of EMA as well as training.

Currently there are fourteen national missionaries stationed throughout Ghana. They are reaching out to eight different people groups within Ghana and across the border to Burkina Faso.

EMA is able to support a national missionary for $100 a month.
