The Academic Scholarship Project is designed to provide either full, or partial scholarships to Christian young people to enable them to get a good education so that they can make a valuable contribution to their church and the rest of society. The Ghanaian education system offers some very good options for students but many students, especially those from poorer families, find the costs associated with these institutions prohibitive. SIM Ghana has seen the need to be able to offer assistance to Christian young people, or to the parents of Christian young people, who are struggling to provide a good academic option for their children.
